Fantastic 'opportunity for an electrically trained engineer, that wants to join an existing team working in a high profile site in Solihull. This company has a proven track record of internal promotion, and investing in training and development on behalf of their employees. This role is mainly working Monday - Friday, with the requirement to work 1 weekend a month (2 days off in the week), working in a company with amble opportunitiesfor career progression and training, and the chance to join a well established and friendly team.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to)
Maintenance of lighting and emergency lighting systems.
Testing of emergency lights, fire alarms, and sprinkler systems.
General building maintenance such as basic plumbing tasks.
First line support on HVAC maintenance such as filter changes for air conditioning units
Assisting the other engineers on site with any tasks as reasonably required.
You'll be a qualified electrician (City and Guilds or NVQ with 18th edition) with a good attitude and a desire to work hard and progress, as well as being hungry to achievefurther qualifications and training.
On offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of 38,500 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, as well as further opportunities to boost earnings via call out.
