We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to our Managing Partner. This is an important position that requires strong administrative and organizational skills and an abliity to work at pace.

The role is administrative only but may involve some client contact. Confidence in dealing with people from all walks of life is a must.

Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the Managing Partner's non-client diary commitments including co-ordinating meetings and appointments- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Shadow the Managing Partner closely with a view to assisting in all aspects of juggling her very busy work life

Skills:- Strong office management skills with some experience in administrative tasks- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure- Ability to type reasonably efficiently

The working hours will be negotiable for the right candidate.
