We're a rapidly growing recruitment business based in Solihull, and we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial company with big growth plans.

As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting, working closely with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial health and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
Oversee payroll, invoicing, credit control, and VAT returns
Partner with directors to deliver insightful financial reporting and business analysis
Manage relationships with external accountants, banks, and HMRC
Improve and implement robust financial systems, processes, and controls
Support business planning, scenario modelling, and growth strategy

What We're Looking For:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or QBE with strong SME experience)
Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
Strong understanding of cash flow management and management reporting
Experience in recruitment or service-based industries (desirable but not essential)
Proactive, hands-on approach with a commercial mindset
Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel
