Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Lead - M365 Collaboration Services to join our IT team, providing expert technical leadership and administration for Microsoft 365 services across multiple tenants. This role covers Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure app registrations, policies, and configurations.

You'll be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting M365 services at an enterprise scale while liaising with Microsoft, third parties, and internal teams. Additionally, you'll supervise junior team members, offering mentorship and technical guidance to support their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support M365 Tenants across the UK and Europe, including Azure Active Directory, AD Sync services, and Exchange Online.
  • Lead M365 tenant migrations, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Manage Windows Servers in an Azure environment, working with third-party providers.
  • Oversee tenant configurations, policies, and settings to optimise performance.
  • Develop and maintain service architecture documentation and best practices.
  • Ensure SLA targets are met, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering professional growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in M365 systems administration.
  • Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Azure (in relation to 365), Email, Unified Communications, Networking, Intune, and Windows Server.
  • Strong understanding of M365 applications and their interactions.
  • Experience in Exchange and Hybrid Exchange administration, migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, using log data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access policies, and Security MFA Tokens.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Effective communication skills, including knowledge of DMARC, DKIM, and Spoofing.
  • Experience managing service tickets and driving continuous improvement strategies.
