Ensure company-wide SHEQ compliance in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001
Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and manage corrective actions
Lead incident investigations and implement preventative measures
Deliver SHEQ training and promote a proactive safety culture
Maintain SHEQ records and ensure readiness for audits
Support tender documentation and pre-qualification processes
Essential:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 H&S qualification
Proven SHEQ leadership in engineering, construction, or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of UK legislation (CDM, PUWER, COSHH, LOLER)
Experience with ISO management systems
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Team player and relationship builder, able to collaborate to deliver collective goals
Desirable:
CMIOSH or equivalent professional body membership
Experience with mechanical handling or multi-site operations
Familiarity with BS EN 1090, UKCA/CE marking
Understanding of the automotive sector (beneficial but not essential)
National exposure to complex engineering projects
