Based in South Birmingham, hybrid working available and paying up to £90K DOE
About the Role:
As HR Manager, you will take full ownership of the HR function, bringing a strong strategic vision to develop and embed robust HR controls, policies, and procedures that support our continued growth. You will lead and develop a high-performing HR team, championing a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Designing and implementing effective HR policies, systems, and governance controls
- Upskilling and mentoring a team of HR professionals to deliver a best-in-class HR service
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters
- Driving initiatives around organisational design, talent management, and employee engagement
- Supporting a positive, proactive, and inclusive culture across the business
What We're Looking For:
- A confident, outgoing HR leader with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally within a complex or large-scale environment
- A track record of developing and embedding HR frameworks and practices
- Demonstrable experience leading and growing a team
- Background in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable, though not essential
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus
