An international firm is looking for an experienced individual for a fantastic opportunity keen to take the next step in their HR career on an inital 12 months FTC. This role cis a hybrid role working full time and is a hybrid role out of their Solihull office. The successful candidate form an integral part of a busy and close-knit L&D team. This is a great foot in the door for someone with prior HR or L&D experience to develop their career within a busy team. Working as part of the L&D team you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assessment of the organisations needs in order to develop training courses and programmes applicable to all to an exceptional standard

  • Continued understanding of job roles and operations in order develop relevant and adaptable programmes in line with business growth

  • Creation of training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other relevant products in line with organisations and statutory policies

  • Management of relationships across the department as well as with internal stakeholders

  • Attendance in regular HR meetings in order to report on projects and upcoming deadlines

This role will require you to work autonomously whilst aligning all tasks with the wider L&D function. You must possess existing experience within an L&D capacity as well a desire to develop ideas for the progression of the function.
