Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency within the Manufacturing/Automotive sector.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects that drive improvement and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Advise on employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
