Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency within the Manufacturing/Automotive sector.
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects that drive improvement and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Advise on employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations across the Manufacturing/Automotive operation.

Profile



The Successful HR Advisor Should Have

  • A solid background in Human Resources within the Manufacturing/Automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
