Salary: 14.55 per hour PAYE

About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process, responsible for delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. Your mission? To attract and select top talent while providing exceptional service to hiring managers and candidates alike!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate generation, screening, and selection for roles up to 35k.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and advise on effective attraction strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate sifting and shortlisting.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain the Success Factors applicant tracking system for accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with assessment centres as needed.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
- Proficiency in direct sourcing through various channels like social media and CV databases.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to work within a team.
