Are you an experienced account manager or customer service professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're looking for an Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing logistics business based in Solihull.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and relationship management skills to step into a fast-paced environment where delivering outstanding service is key. While previous experience in logistics or supply chain is desirable, it's not essential - full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring SLA compliance.
* Handle client queries, issues, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
* Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure operational requirements are aligned.
* Identify opportunities to optimise service delivery and drive account growth.

Experience:
* Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally managing multiple accounts.
* Previous experience working within a logistics organisation is desirable, but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
