We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Solutions division within the internal technology function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of IT-related initiatives, from pre-sales support through to systems integration. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the IT Project Manager will manage internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions that meet our stringent cost, quality, and timeline expectations, with a particular focus on ServiceNow platforms.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the delivery of IT components within broader business projects or programs, ensuring they meet defined quality, time, and budget criteria.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from request acceptance to project closure, including scope control and change management.
  • Monitor project progress, resource use, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead internal teams and third-party contributors, maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support audits and compliance checks, and drive delivery pace through daily team check-ins and issue escalation.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting in shared platforms such as SharePoint and Teams, adhering to governance processes including reporting, reviews, and lessons learned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in IT project delivery, ideally with a background in technical design, development, or project leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of project and change management principles, systems integration, SDLC, QA/testing, and requirements analysis.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT projects on schedule, including significant experience with ServiceNow.
  • Competence in planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, and milestone tracking.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage stress and multitask effectively.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple software platforms, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of application development and system architecture.
  • Certification in PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM (preferred).
  • Eligibility for baseline security clearance (BPSS); SC clearance may be required.
