IT Project Manager - ServiceNow

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum Plus Excellent Benefits

Our leading services client is seeking an accomplished, Midlands based IT Project Manager to join their Solutions division within the internal technology function and manage the re-factoring and upgade of SNOW.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of IT-related initiatives, from pre-sales support through to systems integration. The IT Project Manager will manage internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions that meet our stringent cost, quality, and timeline expectations, with a particular focus on ServiceNow platforms.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for successfully delivering IT work-packages, including supporting pre-sales, analysis, cross functional development and systems integration. You will own the IT solution delivery and be responsible for the delivery of the cost, quality, and timely delivery of the IT solution.

Essential experience -

  • Significant project experience or IT Project management of IT Change and IT projects
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT projects on schedule, including significant experience with ServiceNow / SNOW
  • Experience leading teams across multiple software platforms, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Good Stakeholder management at all levels of management
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Project Management, Change Management
  • Foundational understanding of Systems Integration, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design
  • Proven history and track record of completing quality Technology projects on time
  • Proven ability to plan IT work-packages, building delivery backlogs, progress monitoring including budget control and milestone control; issue and risk management
  • Experience managing teams delivering IT work-packages and involving multiple software application integrators
  • Knowledge of application development/system architecture
  • Current Prince 2 Practitioner certification or APM Certification
