IT Support Hub Analyst

Location: Solihull

Officed based, permanent, offering up to 35k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for commissioning, maintenance, and reactive service of CCTV systems.
  • Assist field technicians during installation and troubleshooting, in alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction through effective support processes, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Download and share CCTV footage for investigative purposes.
  • Conduct remote diagnostics and CCTV health checks.
  • Offer remote support to triage reactive call-outs.
  • Resolve faults remotely wherever possible.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical knowledge in electronic security systems, particularly CCTV.
  • Experience in remote diagnostics and technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
