IT Support Hub Analyst
Location: Solihull
Officed based, permanent, offering up to 35k
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for commissioning, maintenance, and reactive service of CCTV systems.
- Assist field technicians during installation and troubleshooting, in alignment with business strategies.
- Ensure full customer satisfaction through effective support processes, monitoring, and documentation.
- Download and share CCTV footage for investigative purposes.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and CCTV health checks.
- Offer remote support to triage reactive call-outs.
- Resolve faults remotely wherever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge in electronic security systems, particularly CCTV.
- Experience in remote diagnostics and technical support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
