Operational Resilience OfficerSolihull - hybrid£32,000 + 10% contributory pension, 25 days holiday + BH, profit related bonus.  Outsource UK is recruiting an Operational Resilience Officer to work for a leading UK Bank on a permanent basis.  Reporting to the Head of Operational Resilience you will be responsible for supporting the development and ongoing operation of the Operational Resilience framework, measurement and first line oversight of operational resilience across the organisation.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that puts its people first and offers learning, development and progression.  Skills

  • Ability to apply applicable data and MI to overall operational resilience status and report to relevant committees
  • Ability to assist stakeholders in identifying vulnerabilities through engagement and questioning
  • Ability to dissect information to identify key actions and vulnerabilities
  This is a full time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (one hour for lunch).
