Insurance Services Claims Handler

Location: Solihull

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our Insurance Services team in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional with strong claims management experience who is looking to work within a diverse and dynamic insurance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a varied caseload of insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution

  • Assess claims, make informed decisions, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process

  • Record claims on internal systems and ensure all financial elements are processed correctly

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress claims efficiently

  • Support the wider team with maintaining best practice and ensuring compliance across all claims activities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Claims Handler within insurance

  • Background in an organisation with a broad insurance programme is highly desirable

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping abilities
