- Perform a range of general administrative duties to support the team’s daily operations
- Prepare and issue quotes to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle enquiries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Provide regular client updates and monitor the progress of matters to ensure smooth case progression
- Open and close files on the case management system, ensuring full compliance with the firm’s AML policies, quality standards, and SRA/CQS regulations
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in handling leasehold transactions
- Conduct online property searches efficiently and accurately
- Use the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, respond to requisitions, and order official copies, leases, and title plans
- Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) calculations and submit relevant applications
- Prepare and submit bills, receipts, and payments to the finance team on behalf of fee earners
- Provide occasional reception cover as required to support front-of-house operations
