The ideal candidate will have automotive manufacturing experience working with exterior or interior trim products.Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, StourbridgeSalary: £50,000 - £54,000 p.a. Duration: 18 months fixed term contractThe Role Reporting into the Operations Manager you will have the following duties:-Plan and implement new products and changes to the manufacturing processes.-Manage suppliers.-Manage project and timing of complex assembly systems. -Support the quality department in close out of customer concerns through 8D.-Complete PFMEA's, process flows and standard operating instructions.-Generate layout and process flows.The PersonEducated to degree level in a mechanical or manufacturing discipline or holding significant experience in first tier automotive, you will have the following experience:-Experience working in fast paced manufacturing environment.-Exposure to manufacturing lines highly reliant on complex IT systems.-Experience in a just in time (JIT) environment.
