A global business based towards Solihull are seeking a creative, technologically savvy and forward thinking Social Media & Communications expert to join their internal HR team to help further the organisations marketing within the global market place to help them ensure they retain and attract the very best talent! The ideal candidate will work within the HR and the Marketing teams to help take the lead of various marketing related projects centrering around Social Media, Events and Internal Communications. This role is based in Solihull on a hybrid basis with parking available on site.
Day to day duties will include:
- Leading on Social Media planning and contention creation for the employer branding
- Capturing videos, images and news stories within the business and sharing to help promote
- Liaising with internal employees to encourage to write reviews and Glassdoor to boost employer profile
- Producing of content for the internal intranet
- Researching relevant employer awards
- Ensuring all recruitment collateral is up to date, modern and accurate
- Attending recruitment events and building relationships with key stakeholders
The ideal candidate will ideally be degree educated or similar (in Marketing or relevant field) and have at least 12 months experience within a similar role. You will be experienced with working in a corporate setting and be accustomed to working on various social media platforms ideally with video and image editing experience. Prior experience within Employer Branding would be beneficial for this role.
