Location: Coventry area, West Midlands Contract: Permanent, (30 hours/week) Salary: £36,000 - £43,897 (pro rata, depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP We're recruiting for a Senior OT to join a well-established multidisciplinary team within a specialist mental health setting in the Coventry area. Youll play a key role in delivering and developing high-quality, person-centred rehabilitation services across three male inpatient wards. These include high dependency and community-facing units, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, dual diagnoses, and ongoing recovery goals. About the Role As a Senior OT, you will: Lead the delivery of occupational therapy across the service Manage your own caseload, offering evidence-based individual and group interventions Supervise junior staff and contribute to service development Work closely with a supportive MDT including nursing, psychology, and medical staff Requirements HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Significant post-qualification experience in mental health Previous experience in rehab and recovery or inpatient settings (desirable) Confident communicator and natural team player Committed to continuous improvement and patient outcomes What's on Offer Pro-rata salary up to £43,897 (based on experience) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata) Birthday leave Training and CPD opportunities Pension scheme & wellbeing support Free on-site parking
