Early Years Supply Teacher Required - Solihull

We are seeking an Early Years supply teacher to join our network of Supply Teachers in the Solihull area. Role Overview:

As an Early Years Supply Teacher, your key responsibilities will include delivering tailored lesson plans and activities while ensuring that children remain safe and fully engaged in their learning. When the regular teacher is absent, you will be responsible for teaching and managing the classroom.In temporary or day-to-day roles, you will follow the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. However, in longer-term or permanent roles, you will be required to devise and create your own lesson plans, with pay adjusted to scale accordingly.

You will also be responsible for addressing challenges as they arise, including safeguarding concerns. These concerns should be reported to the designated teacher or the on-duty Safeguarding Lead (DSL).This role offers excellent flexibility, making it ideal for balancing work and home life.
