Enjoy a long-term, self-employed CIS role completing a wide range of domestic plumbing works within residential and social housing properties aroud the Solihulll area. This Domestic Plumber position offers consistent work and the opportunity to work with a reputable contractor delivering essential plumbing services across occupied and high-rise buildings.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Domestic Plumber, Social Housing Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, or in a similar residential plumbing role.
As a Domestic Plumber you will be:
- Carrying out day-to-day domestic plumbing repairs and installations
- Working on cold water storage tanks and hot water cylinders
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining full bathroom suites
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective plumbing repairs
- Tracing and resolving leaks, including within high-rise residential buildings
- Working professionally within occupied properties
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
- Previous social housing or residential plumbing experience (preferred)
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- A clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
- Their own van (preferred)
