Your New Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team of Supply Teachers to cover the Solihull area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the learning and development of students and committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. By supporting their team, they will inspire, motivate, and facilitate high-quality learning outcomes for children.

As mentioned above, you will be a KS1 teacher. The ideal candidate for this role would be:

  • You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
  • Have high expectations and a positive outlook
  • Be an outstanding practitioner who is eager to make a positive difference in KS1
  • Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning
  • Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
  • Have great resilience, determination and uphold our school values
  • Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
  • Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
