We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Primary Teacher to join our team in the Solihull area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing each child's growth, learning, and development, creating a supportive atmosphere that fosters academic success and enables students to reach their full potential. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to support pupils of varying abilities.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive classroom.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
• Prepare pupils for KS2 SATs and other assessments
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and fellow educators
