- Paralegal role assisting the Private Client team.
- Assisting with various Private Client legal matters, supporting fee earners with administrative tasks.
- Drafting and sending correspondence, emails, and legal documents.
- Acting as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning documents, and general office administration.
- Handling client identification and document verification for new and existing clients.
- Engaging with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
- Handling new client enquiries, ensuring accurate information is captured to help generate business.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by supporting with day-to-day operations and facilities management.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within Private Client or a similar legal discipline.
- Working knowledge of legal documentation, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and estate administration procedures.
- A friendly and approachable personality, with excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to adapt to internal systems.
