About the Role:
Based in the firms Shirley office, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property sales and purchases, handling transactions from instruction to post-completion.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
- Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process: instruction, contract preparation, exchange and completion
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone and written correspondence
- Work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines
About You – What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years PQE in residential property conveyancing
- Proven experience managing a caseload independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Professional, well-presented and client-focused
- A following of clients is an advantage but not essential
