About the Role:

Based in the firms Shirley office, you will be responsible for managing a  caseload of residential property sales and purchases, handling transactions from instruction to post-completion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process: instruction, contract preparation, exchange and completion
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone and written correspondence
• Work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines

About You – What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years PQE in residential property conveyancing
• Proven experience managing a caseload independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Professional, well-presented and client-focused
• A following of clients is an advantage but not essential
