About the Role:You'll be responsible for recruiting freelance White Collar professionals including Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers, and more into some of the UKs top construction and infrastructure companies.
This is a 360 desk, where youll:
Develop and manage client relationships like a true professional.
Source and manage top-tier freelance candidates.
Negotiate deals, close assignments, and celebrate your wins with seriously rewarding commission.
You'll have the freedom to run your own desk while being backed by a brand thats trusted and respected across the industry.
What Were Looking For:Experience in recruitment (freelance/contract desks ideal) OR a proven track record in high-performing sales roles.
Energy, resilience, and a drive that borders on unstoppable.
Excellent communication skills
A commercial mindset you understand how to make money, and youre motivated to do it ethically and effectively.
A background in construction recruitment is a big plus but if youre a fast learner with grit and ambition, we want to hear from you too.
