Lecturer – Motor Vehicle                                                             

Actual salary up to £22,330.50 per annum (depending on qualification status)

18.5 hours per week 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our growing team at our College and University Centre. Based at either our Woodlands and/or Stratford Campus, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within our Motor Vehicle department, which is at the forefront of preparing students for careers in the rapidly evolving automotive industry.

You will be responsible for teaching Motor Vehicle programmes up to National Diploma Level, delivering engaging and effective lessons that support students in developing both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Your input will also contribute to the continuous development of the curriculum to reflect current industry standards and practices.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Motor Vehicle Engineering. Ideally, you will have teaching experience and hold a Level 5 teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one. An assessor qualification would also be desirable. Strong communication skills, a student-focused approach, and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential for this position.
