As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer relationships.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional products and services
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
- Follow structured sales processes for consistent results
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
