Package for a Business Development Manager:
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using a consultative selling approach.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reporting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Manager:
- Proven success and experience in a new business B2B sales role, ideally within Connectivity, Networks, UC & Voice, Contact Centre, IT & Cloud, or Cyber Security.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and goal-oriented mindset.
- Understands and works to a clear Sales Process and methodology.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
