Free Parking | Company Pension | Company EventsWe are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Stores Manager to join a respected and long-established Electrical Wholesaler based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of internal operations and support the continued growth of a busy branch.What’s On Offer:

The Role:Working closely with Senior Management, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, focusing on team leadership, customer service, and efficient stock management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels, incoming deliveries, and general store organisation
  • Lead and motivate the internal team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
  • Serve customers at the trade counter with efficiency and professionalism
  • Handle large customer accounts and coordinate with the external sales team
  • Ensure the branch is clean, safe, and compliant at all times
  • Carry out keyholding duties as part of the management team
  • Maintain a high level of electrical product knowledge and industry awareness
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3 years’ experience in electrical wholesaling (essential)
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of supplier/contractor networks
  • Background in stock control and internal team management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
  • Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)
