Your Role as a Specialist TA:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support in a High Dependency Unit

  • Use ABA strategies and PECS to deliver structured learning sessions

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to personalise learning plans

  • Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to enhance your professional growth

  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and contribute to a highly supportive team environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in ABA, SEN, or autism support is ideal-but not essential

  • Someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and emotionally resilient

  • A team player who can communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and families

  • Passionate about helping neurodiverse pupils achieve their full potential
