ABOUT US

At Smart 11+ Tuition, nurturing children and encouraging their love of learning is at the heart of what we do. We will help children build their confidence and develop their skills, fully preparing them for their individual academic success, whilst helping their parents/guardians to navigate the 11+ world.

Our tuition provision is structured around quality teaching and nurturing children, rather than constant testing and pressure. We support parents to understand the complexities of the 11+ process and provide transparent and honest feedback. We strive to build good relationships with our pupils and parents and provide them with exceptional customer service.

1. Lead the tutor team to deliver an exceptional educational experience for our pupils.

2. Oversee the tuition centre, ensuring effective logistics, time keeping and adherence to safeguarding and all policies.

3. Deliver 11+ tuition services in accordance with the lesson plan and scheme of learning provided by the Company.

4. Mark books in accordance with Company marking policy.

5. Be available to respond to Parent and Student queries at the beginning and end of each lesson.

6. Create a warm welcome for all staff, pupils, and parents in the centre.

7. Meet and greet all existing parents and children at start and end times of sessions.

8. Demonstrate our provision by showing prospective pupils and parents around the tuition centre.

9. Conduct initial assessments for prospective pupils, providing honest analysis and supportive feedback to their parents.

10. Providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with parents.

11. Manage parents’ expectations and point them in the right direction for any assistance they require.

12. Offer ongoing support to the customer base, managing expectations and assisting with queries.

13. Complete administrative duties including but not limited to customer onboarding, ongoing member support.

14. Assist with project development including but not limited to creation of additional provision, resources, marketing, and member experience.

1. Minimum 1 years education experience.

2. Exceptional customer service experience skills.

3. Excellent education knowledge or willingness to learn.

4. Ability to build trusting professional relationships with customers and colleagues.

5. Ability to work well as part of a team.

6. Effective communication skills with an empathetic approach.

7. Exceptional organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.

8. Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office including Teams.

9. Enhanced DBS clearance or willing to apply.

10. It is essential that you hold a full UK Driver’s License and have the Right to Work in the UK.
