Refrigeration, Service - Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator -   Solihull West Midlands

 £27,500 – 30,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme + Company Pension + On-site Parking

You will be part of a team providing a central point of contact for our clients, engineers and departments. The Help desk is a fast-paced department, dealing with incoming phone calls and emails quickly and efficiently to ensure the highest quality of standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to phone calls, emails and electronic forms.
  • Communicating with engineers and customers.
  • Planning engineers’ schedules.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly while always remaining courteous and professional.
  • Logging requests in the appropriate software, ensuring all relevant information is recorded, requests are categorised correctly and prioritised in accordance with their potential impact and urgency, ensuring that all owned requests are resolved.
  • Escalating requests where a satisfactory resolution has not been provided or where a higher level of management input is required.
  • Use of effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations.

Necessary Skills:

  • Experience working on a busy Refrigeration/FM/Engineering help desk is essential.
  • Comfortable and professional on calls and email.
  • Adaptable and flexible to change.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to organise, multitask and problem solve.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Able to Drive Due to location.
