Sales/Business Development Manager

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Business Development Manager to join their busy expanding team based in Derbyshire.

Salary - c£40k basic dep. on experience + Bonus, and fully expensed Tesla Company Car

Main duties: 

• To target, qualify and secure new business in line with the Company business strategy.
• Achieve sales targets inline with the pre-agreed budget.
• Service and support new accounts.
• Organise site visits to prospective and existing customers.
• Produce monthly customer reports and new business pipeline report.
• Liaise with Design and Production to ensure orders meet customer specifications.
• Conduct on site meetings with existing and potential customers observing all Health, Safety and Hygiene requirements.
• Liaise effectively with all internal departments.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a strong background in selling within the temporary 3D Point Of Sale industry.
• Have a proven track record of targeting, winning, and managing new business.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence or equivalent.
• Be numerate, literate and have strong analytical and computer skills.
• Have the ability to make quick decisions.
• Have a high level of integrity.
• Be a team player who promotes teamwork.
• Possess excellent communication skills. 
• Be self-motivated with good time management skills.
