Key Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position:

  • Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects and project teams throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant building, planning, and environmental standards.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience working as an within an architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM processes is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
