Key Responsibilities for the Architectural Technician position:
- Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams throughout all RIBA stages.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant building, planning, and environmental standards.
- Support the delivery of high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working as an within an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM processes is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and materials.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
