Location: The Crescent, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4DY
Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 3+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £32.56 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and review child protection plans.

• Lead quality assurance activities like practice evaluations and feedback gathering.

• Advocate for children in our care.

• Collaborate with the Service Improvement Team to enhance standards.

• Ensure children and young people have a voice in decisions affecting them.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• At least 5 years of post-qualifying experience.

• Experience as a Social Worker, Advanced Practitioner, or Team Manager.

• Availability to work onsite at least 4 days per week.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in child protection coordination or similar roles.

• Strong skills in planning and quality assurance.
