We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Building Surveyors based in Somerset. Â
Day to Day duties of the Building Surveyor:Â Â
Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing settingÂ
Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.Â
Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.Â
Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.Â

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):Â Â
Have experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting Â
Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying Â
Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry Â
