Job Title: Occupational Hygienist (HSE Advisor)
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Pay: Competitive (TBC)
Type: 10 Month Contract
The Role
We're seeking an Occupational Hygienist (HSE Advisor) to support a major infrastructure project at Hinkley Point C. You'll work alongside the Health & Safety team, providing expert advice on occupational hygiene and supporting proactive health risk management across site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance on occupational hygiene and health risk controls
- Conduct monitoring, analyse data, and advise on interventions
- Develop and support health risk assessments and training initiatives
- Lead and contribute to health campaigns and incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations and internal standards
What You'll Need
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Hygiene + BOHS Certificate of Operational Competence
- Strong knowledge of occupational hygiene practices and health risk prevention
- Experience in industrial environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
