Interim Support/ Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities Home (Somerset)

Location: Somerset

Contract Type: Interim (6-9 months)

Start Date: Immediate

Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
• Support with care planning, audits, medication
• Support the Manager in day to ray running of the home

About You

• Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience in a learning disabilities setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
• Able to start ASAP
