Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational support of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
- Support with care planning, audits, medication
- Support the Manager in day to ray running of the home
About You
- Registered Manager or Deputy Manager experience in a learning disabilities setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
- Able to start ASAP
