Job Responsibilities

• Specialise in litigation related to disrepair cases.

• Conduct possession proceedings effectively.

• Perform own advocacy in legal settings.

Person Specifications

• Proven experience in housing and litigation law, particularly in disrepair cases.

• Strong advocacy skills and ability to represent clients in court.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
