Supervising Social Worker

salary up to 40,000 per annum + 3,000 car allowance

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South West of England area in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. They have quarterly team meetings face to face in the office, so apart from that, you will be able to work from home.

On top of that, they operate on a 9 day fortnight which means you will have a day off every other week, allowing you to have a very good work - life balance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Supervising Social Worker:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a caseload of 10 - 12 foster families.

There will be requirements for a Form F until caseload is full - so this is short term. They classify a Form F as 2 cases whilst assessing so the Social Worker will have work time to complete them.

They also offer FLA if a Social Worker wishes to earn additional money outside of working hours for Form Fs.

Requirements:

• you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker
• you have experience in fostering
• you drive
