About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, leveraging your existing expertise and market knowledge to build and develop a successful desk. You'll take ownership of your area, recruit and manage your own team, and be encouraged to think creatively and strategically to drive growth.

- Proven experience in a successful recruitment role, ideally with leadership or team management exposure
- Strong business development skills with the confidence to build client relationships
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
