Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in the borough of Croydon, which is seeking a Reception Class Teacher to join them from after the Easter holidays through to the end of the academic year in July 2025.
This is a part-time role for three days per week (Wednesday to Friday). Planning is shared with the Reception teacher who works Monday and Tuesday, making it an ideal opportunity for a collaborative and motivated educator looking for a well-supported teaching environment.
About the Role:-
Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Early Years lessons

Implement effective and nurturing behaviour management strategies

Work closely with the EYFS team to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience

Adapt learning activities to support all pupils, including those with additional needs

Contribute to the EYFS environment and school community on your working days

UK-recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

Enthusiastic and nurturing approach to teaching young children

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Commitment to the values and ethos of the school

Must be available for the full duration of the assignment from April to July 2025
