Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Croydon to support pupils with special educational needs across EYFS to KS2.
The role involves providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, leading targeted intervention sessions, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
Candidates should have previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
An enhanced DBS on the update service is required, along with the right to work in the UK.

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a primary school in Croydon, currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across EYFS to KS2, depending on the school's requirements.

This warm and inclusive 2-form entry school supports children with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and cognitive challenges.

The Role Includes:

Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN (including ASD)
Leading targeted intervention sessions
Supporting EHCP goals and tracking progress
Creating an inclusive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD
A positive, proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
