Tradewind is working with a primary school in Croydon seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for daily supply cover across KS1 and KS2, providing sickness and absence cover.
This welcoming 2-form entry mainstream school supports children with a range of needs, including ASD, communication, and cognitive difficulties.
Role Overview:-
1:1 support for pupils with autism, ADHD, ASD (KS1 or KS2)

Lead small intervention groups for SEN pupils

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Track progress and support EHCP targets

Experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Strong understanding of autism support strategies
-
Enhanced DBS and reference checks

Right to work in the UK
