As we open the doors to our new School in Croydon, we are looking for experienced and qualified Early Years Teachers to become key members of our founding team.

Our semi-formal curriculum is thoughtfully designed for children with a range of complex learning difficulties and disabilities, recognising that no two learners are the same. We provide a personalised, supportive approach that meets our pupils where they are and helps them grow into confident, capable individuals.
????? What We're Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with PGCE, QTS, or recognised equivalent in Croydon.
- Experience in Early Years and a strong understanding of inclusive education as a Early Years SEN Teacher.
- A nurturing, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- A commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and empowering learning environment for every child.
