Kenneth Brian Associates is working on behalf of a well-established and growing business who are seeking a proactive Administrator & Warehouse Coordinator, based full-time in their Croydon office. This varied role combines office administration with hands-on stock and delivery tasks—ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys a balance of desk-based and physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Schedule engineers and plan their daily routes
  • Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and ordering supplies
  • Oversee stock deliveries and maintain warehouse organisation
  • Handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving deliveries
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
