Kenneth Brian Associates is currently working with a fantastic client in Croydon who are seeking a Buying Administrator to join their team. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to take on a dynamic role that involves sourcing and purchasing essential materials.

This is a part-time role (20-25 hours per week) with flexible days and hours to accommodate the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source materials for internal and client projects at competitive prices.
  • Research and compare suppliers on price, product, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
  • Maintain and manage inventory control systems to meet project demands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' administrative experience.
  • Previous purchasing/procurement experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Must live locally to South Croydon.
