Job Title: Temporary Finance AssistantLocation: CroydonDuration: 4-week assignment starting 22nd AprilPay Rate: £16-£19 per hourJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant to join our school in Croydon for a 4-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices, as well as preparing cheques.Key Requirements:
- FMS Experience:Proficiency in using Financial Management Systems (FMS) is essential.
- DBS Check:A valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
- Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Organisational Skills:Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders (POs) and invoices.
- Preparing cheques.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
