Tradewind is proud to partner with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Croydon, currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support SEN students across KS1 and KS2. This mainstream, two-form entry school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with mixed abilities, including those with communication and interaction difficulties and cognitive disorders.
Role Overview:-
Provide 1:1 support to students across KS1/KS2

Plan and lead intervention sessions for SEN groups (ADHD, ASD, SEMH)

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Follow and implement pupil targets in line with EHCP guidelines

Monitor and track pupil progress

Experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Strong understanding of supporting children with autism

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
